The ICE and iGB Affiliate London trade exhibitions, initially planned for the first three days of February and the first five days of February, 2022, have been rescheduled for this spring at the ExCeL Center in London, the event coordinator Clarion Gaming declared. The two events collectively drew in over 700 industry vendors.

Clarion Gaming is collaborating with the ExCeL management group to carefully assess two possible dates in April.

“This is disheartening news for everyone associated with ICE London and iGB Affiliate London,” stated Stuart Hunter, the managing director of Clarion Gaming.

“However, in the present constantly evolving circumstances, it is evident that we cannot furnish our clients with the assurance they require in their logistical preparation, ranging from booth construction to equipment transportation, and airfare and lodging reservations.”

Hunter further stated that the ICE brand is dedicated to prioritizing the best interests of its patrons, and after consulting with industry specialists, indicated that postponing the exhibitions to April “is the most advantageous course of action.”

“We sincerely regret that we cannot commemorate our return in February, but the brand and its global stakeholder network will be back with a resounding impact in the spring.”

Alex Pratt, the head of Clarion Gaming, and his crew will be working through the festive season and aim to reveal new dates for ICE London and iGB Affiliate London 2022 by Wednesday, December 22nd.

Both gatherings were doing exceptionally well before the recent rise in COVID-19 cases. Both events attracted a larger number of participants and presenters compared to the previous year in 2020.

“I would like to express my gratitude to the industry for its patience and comprehension during these uncertain times,” Hunter stated.
