Kambi Group has forged a long-term sports wagering alliance with AB Trav och Galopp (ATG), a Swedish horse racing and sports betting enterprise.
As part of the arrangement, Kambi will furnish ATG with its comprehensive sports betting service, encompassing both online and ATG’s sports betting operations in almost 1,500 physical outlets across Sweden.
The partnership renewal follows Kambi’s recent acquisition of fresh approval in the Swedish marketplace. The provider secured its B2B gaming license in June, adhering to the nation’s new regulations mandating that suppliers possess B2B licenses.
“Our approach has always been to serve market leaders or organizations with the potential to become market leaders,” stated Kristian Nylen, co-founder and chief executive officer of Kambi. “In ATG, we have a valuable collaborator who has achieved success since joining forces with Kambi in 2019.
“In a competitive environment, sports betting that can provide operators with adaptability is crucial. This alliance demonstrates our capacity to deliver enduring value to our partner network.”
Hans Lode Schaaploos, chief executive officer of ATG, added: “Kambi’s top-notch sports betting technology is a key element in our growth and achievement.”
We eagerly anticipate the continuation of this productive collaboration, aiming to provide thrilling sports wagering experiences for our clientele.
Kambi has broadened its sports betting network and has secured an agreement with ATG, marking its seventh partnership renewal this year. The organization has also recently signed extension accords with Corredor Empresarial, LeoVegas, Paf, Rank Group, Rush Street Interactive, and Sun International.
Last month, Kambi also declared that it would support BetMGM’s entry into the UK marketplace.
MGM Resorts revealed last month that it would launch BetMGM in the UK. However, despite possessing a 50% stake in BetMGM, Entain will not be involved.
Instead, MGM is collaborating with LeoVegas, and the new global platform will utilize its technology and platform. LeoVegas was acquired by MGM Resorts last year for $604 million.
Kambi is driving sports betting for BetMGM UK, expanding its agreement with LeoVegas that commenced in 2016.
