Bragg Gaming is nearing its Pennsylvania debut, having secured approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). This ultimate authorization enables Bragg to complete its purchase of Spin Games, a transaction that has been in progress.
This acquisition is substantial for Bragg, providing them with a considerable presence in the profitable US market. Spin Games already possesses licenses in important states such as New Jersey, Michigan, and Connecticut, making them a prized possession.
Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, Yaniv Spielberg, conveyed his enthusiasm, remarking, “We are grateful for the PGCB’s comprehensive evaluation and are delighted to have gained entry into Pennsylvania’s iGaming sector. With this clearance secured, we expect to finalize the Spin Games acquisition shortly.”
The agreement is projected to conclude later this month, maintaining Bragg’s adherence to their previously disclosed schedule.
He continued, expressing their eagerness to initiate a nationwide rollout upon the finalization of the agreement. They are confident that the fusion of their advanced remote game server (RGS) technology with Spin Games’ impressive US-based content and existing operator partnerships will prove to be a successful formula. This collaboration is anticipated to enhance player interaction and optimize data utilization.
