Allwyn has partnered with Justine Greening’s “Social Mobility Goals” project to champion equitable prospects throughout Britain. To demonstrate this dedication, Allwyn, the UK arm of the Czech Republic’s SAZKA Group, will release a “Social Mobility Impact Assessment” detailing how its activities correspond with the project’s 14 objectives.
Justine Greening, a well-known social advocate and former Secretary of Education, conveyed her excitement, remarking, “I am delighted to collaborate with Sir Keith Mills and the Allwyn staff on Social Mobility and to assist the organization in maximizing its influence on communities across the UK.”
Allwyn strongly believes in the beneficial societal effects of lottery revenues and acknowledges its capacity to generate prospects. The Social Mobility Goals, adopted by numerous entities, offer a defined structure for gauging advancement. Allwyn contends that by collaborating, tangible progress can be achieved towards a UK with greater social fluidity.
Established in partnership with Greening, the Social Mobility Goals aspire to enhance social mobility by linking corporations, public sector bodies, and higher education institutions. These objectives concentrate on crucial life phases, from early years to adulthood, and seek to establish a more robust system for monitoring progress in attaining social mobility.
Allwyns bid leader, Sir Keith Mills, stressed the firm’s pledge to collaboration. He noted, “Allwyn is devoted to making the lottery a power for positive change. Using the ‘Raising the Standards’ structure, we are keen to partner closely with Justin Greening and his group, along with other aligned companies and academic institutions, to reach our common goal of benefiting our neighborhoods.”
This period is critical for Allwyn, as the Gambling Commission is presently choosing the holder of the fourth National Lottery permit—a permit Allwyn is competing for.
The current holder, Camelot, has overseen the National Lottery since it began in 1994.
